@myhermes are your drivers lazy?? Every single time they deliver to my tiny flat they don’t walk up my 1 tiny flight of stairs which has like 6 steps and always say they attempted delivery yet I’m always in. My flat has a buzzer and I was in all day. So sick of looking at tracking for Hermes and KNOWING the driver didn’t even bother.
